Minimum Charge

 

Rental rates include

up to 8 guests.

 

 

 

Arrival & departure times, as well as the number of days is always negotiable, depending upon availability ~

Please inquire ~ we try to be flexible for our guests!

 

$900/wkend Friday 5pm - Monday 11am

Extra Night: $300


$1900/week Friday 5pm - Friday 11am

Extra Night: $272


$2500/10 nights Friday 5pm - Monday 11am (depending upon availability)

Extra Night: $250


$3400/ 2 weeks Friday 5pm - Friday 11am (depending upon availability)

Extra Night: $243

 

Cleaning Fee: $150

 

More than 8 people? $28/day per person including tax (...and yes, children are people too, but babies under a year old are free!)

 

Taxes:
9% NH Rooms & Meals tax not included in these rates

 

Damage Deposits*:
$200 refundable Security Deposit

 

$100 refundable Pet Deposit per pet (with an extra cleaning fee of $25 for 2 or more dogs)

Event Charge

for

Weddings, Reunions, Receptions & Large Parties:

(Please note the small adjustment in the rates & the lowering of the security deposit!)


$450 for fewer than 45 guests plus cleaning fee of $250


$600 for over 45 guests plus cleaning fee of $250

 

Additional refundable Event Security  Deposit*: $200

Please Note:

Due to the insane

increase in the cost of heating fuels,

in order to be able to make

Sunny Slope Farm available to our guests

in the winter at all,

we will be forced to

add a $100 heating surcharge

to all our reservations running between

November 1st

and May 15th.
